How is my goal calculated?
From your weight, your profile, your activity level and the climate, on a base of
33 ml per kilo. The app breaks the sum down line by line in its settings, and you can
set your own goal by hand if you prefer.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Everything stays on your iPhone, and in your private iCloud if you have it enabled.

I changed phones — where is my history?
Sign in to the same iCloud account and syncing will bring it back on its own. If
nothing returns, check that iCloud Drive is enabled in iOS Settings.
I'm not getting reminders.
Check that notifications are allowed for Lutra in iOS Settings, and that reminders are
switched on in the app. Note that they stop by themselves once you have reached the
day's goal — that is intentional.
I paid and I can't find my access.
Open the app's settings and tap "Restaurer mes achats" (Restore Purchases), while
signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. If the problem persists, write
to us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From iOS Settings, under "Subscriptions" in your Apple Account. Cancellation goes
through Apple, not through us.
Which languages is the app available in?
English, French and Spanish. Lutra follows your iPhone's language automatically.
